Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Many of our most popular products are customized to the individual and made start-to-finish by hand in my home studio only after an order is placed. Our processing times for such items are 1-2 weeks, this is before shipping time. Typically we are able to get most orders out in just a week, but during times of high volume it may take a full two weeks to complete your order before it is shipped.

How do I track my order once it’s shipped?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We use USPS to ship our orders. You can check your delivery status by inputting the tracking number you received at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

When can I expect a reply to an inquiry?

Please allow up to 24 hours during the week and 48 hours during the weekend for a response. I monitor all conversations across platforms, so I’m almost always around if you have a question.

Why should I pay to rush my order?

  1. It’s actually faster! Depending on where you live, the slowest part of getting your order to you, is making it. When you pay to rush it, I interrupt my production flow to prioritize your order. What could have been 2 weeks before shipping gets shaved to 2-5 days before shipping.
  2. It’s cheaper too! The Rush My Order add-on includes the cost of upgraded shipping. It’s a two-for-one deal that directly supports my growing business rather than paying $50 to USPS for 1-day shipping AND still having to wait 1-2 weeks for standard processing.

If you need you order by a certain date, leave it in the notes section in the cart before checkout. If the date is about 3 weeks or more away, you probably won’t need to add the rush, most of the year we are ahead in the queue and get orders out early. 

Do you offer local pickup? 

We do not offer delivery, but we can accommodate a local order pick up at a market we attend, pending the processing of your order. Bardot Bow Gallery often sets up shop at local markets, fairs, and events around Cincinnati, OH throughout the year. Send us a message and follow us on Instagram to figure out when and where we will be.
