Processing
Our processing times account for how long it takes my small team of makers to craft a product (or a small batch of similar products) before it can be shipped. Any item that is “made to order” or customized to the individual with a fastener will have a processing time of 5-14 business days. Any item that we can pre-produce will have a processing time of 3-6 business days so we can put the finishing touches on it. Please keep in mind that processing times are in addition to shipping times.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping
It has always been a priority of mine to keep shipping costs down for my customers. I’ve had to pay some crazy shipping fees and it is not fun. That’s why I’ve used USPS since the very beginning, because they consistently have the least expensive cost to ship. (And we regularly compare rates from other handlers). We ship out of Cincinnati, OH.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delay.
If there is an issue with locating your package, email us at hello@bardotbowgallery.com. Put “LOST” in the subject line and include your order number and tracking number. You will have to open a case with USPS on their website, and we will do the same on our end to try and find it.
In the event your order cannot be found, I will refund your order total and tax or send a replacement order. Shipping is not refundable.
International Shipping
When purchasing from BardotBowGallery.com, VAT, customs duties, or any other taxes that may be applicable to your order are not collected. Those fees and currency conversions are the responsibility of the purchasing party. Failure to pay customs fees will result in forfeiting your order. If the package is returned to us, a 25% will be deducted from the total purchase amount, excluding shipping, and the remainder refunded.
